Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 20, 2026

ContentAutopilot ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ContentAutopilot platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and payment information. When you connect social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), we collect OAuth access tokens and basic account metadata such as your handle, follower count, and video count.

We do not store your social media passwords. All platform connections use official OAuth 2.0 flows provided by each platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and operate the ContentAutopilot service; process payments via PayPal; connect to your social media accounts on your behalf; generate AI-powered content using the Anthropic Claude API; and send service-related communications.

3. YouTube API Services

ContentAutopilot uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We use your YouTube data solely to display analytics and upload content on your behalf. You can revoke ContentAutopilot's access to your YouTube account at any time via Google Security Settings.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. API keys and access tokens are stored server-side only and are never transmitted to the browser. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services: Google / YouTube API, TikTok API, Instagram / Facebook Graph API, PayPal (payments), Anthropic Claude API (AI content generation), Replicate API (AI video), ElevenLabs (AI voice). Each service has its own privacy policy which governs their data practices.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only as required to operate the service (e.g., sending data to YouTube to upload a video on your behalf).

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, visit our Data Deletion page or contact us at [email protected].

9. Cookies

We use localStorage to store your authentication token. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
