By creating an account or using ContentPilots, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
ContentPilots is an AI-powered content automation platform that helps creators manage, schedule, and optimize content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Features include AI script writing, video optimization, trend analysis, thumbnail generation, viral clip cutting, and automated scheduling.
You must provide accurate information when creating your ContentPilots account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
ContentPilots operates on a credit-based system. Each AI feature usage consumes credits as described on the Pricing page. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. Credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Payments are processed via PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.

When connecting third-party platforms through ContentPilots, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service, including the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, and Meta Platform Terms. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through ContentPilots.
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload. By using ContentPilots, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the service. AI-generated content produced by ContentPilots is owned by you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
You may cancel your ContentPilots subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
ContentPilots is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentPilots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use ContentPilots ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ContentPilots after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.
